Since the humans are the protagonists in Sweet Tooth, the cafe needed an obese person, someone who would be the one the audience would distance itself from and be grossed out by. I did a few different sketches with different age and "background". After discussing with the rest of the crew, we agreed that the "superior" fat business man was the right guy for the role 'Fat Man' (#1).
Inspired by the shape... circle... The fat man is almost a seamless line in the shape of a classic pear.
